Members of the Committee will meet concurrently with Members of Barking and Dagenham’s Standards Sub-Committee (Hearing) and consider an allegation of a breach of the code of conduct against Richard Barnbrook AM.
This meeting will be open to media and the public, although the Sub-Committee may resolve to go into private session in accordance with the Local Government Act 1972.
